Mackenzie Pet Food (“MPF”) is committed to complying with all requirements of set forth in applicable law, and more particularly the ones governing the collection, use, storage, sharing and destruction of any information about an identifiable individual (“personal information”), and has put in place various measures, practices and guidelines to ensure that the privacy and the confidentiality of any personal information is preserved.
This policy describes how MPF collects, uses, handles, stores, shares, retains and destroys personal information obtained about users when they browse our website www.faimmuseau.com (the “Site”) or order our raw pet food products or any other products offered by MPF (the “Products”). MPF is committed to collecting, maintaining and securing personal information in accordance with the provisions set out herein and in compliance with applicable privacy laws.

Account registration: It is possible to create a user account on the Site in order to order MPF Products online or to order a custom feeding plan for your pet. If you decide to do not provide some of your information, you may not be able to complete the registration process and order Products. Information is required to create your personal profile and authenticate you for future logins.
Questions and comments: We may provide opportunities to contact us in order to ask questions or provide comments, ideas, and/or suggestions. Users should update the information provided to MPF, such as mailing address, email or a name change.
Requests for access and correction are free of charge. However, we may require a reasonable fee for the reproduction and forwarding of documents containing personal information if you wish to receive a copy of such documents as allowed under applicable law. MPF will notify ahead of time of the amount of these fees if applicable.
We use appropriate technical, administrative and physical safeguards and other measures to protect data from theft, loss, misuse or other unauthorized access.
In addition, we take steps to ensure that our safeguards take into account any known threats. MPF cannot guarantee the absolute security of your personal information. MPF has or may concluded agreements with business partners such as Google, offering technological services, such as Google Analytics, allowing the collection of information about users’ interactions with the Site. This collection of information is made through codes placed on the Websites, compiling information about the pages consulted and the type of browser and device that was used. The information collected will then be processed by Google or other business partners on their platform and subsequently transmitted to MPF, and updated from time to time. The information obtained from these tools is compiled and anonymized for use in improving the Site.
MPF may update this Privacy Policy from time to time based on, among other things, changes in applicable laws, development of services and advances in technology. MPF reserves his right to modify, add or remove portions of this Privacy Policy at any time, at our discretion.
